Day 1: Nairobi – Mount Kenya – Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Upon arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by your professional English-speaking guide. Depart north toward Kenya’s central highlands with magnificent views of Mount Kenya, the country’s highest peak. Arrive at Sweetwaters Serena Camp, located in the heart of the private Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a model of successful wildlife conservation.
After lunch, visit the renowned Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only one of its kind in Kenya, before heading out for your first game drive in search of black and white rhinos, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and abundant birdlife.

Day 2: Ol Pejeta – Nyahururu – Lake Baringo
After breakfast, depart westward via Nyahururu and make a brief stop at the impressive Thomson Falls — a 72-meter-high waterfall discovered in 1883. Continue to Lake Baringo, one of the few freshwater lakes in the Rift Valley and a paradise for birdwatchers. Check in at Soi Safari Lodge, pleasantly situated on the lake’s edge.
In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional boat excursion on the lake to see hippos, crocodiles, and nesting water birds on volcanic islets. You’ll also visit Njemps Island, home to the semi-nomadic Njemps people — close relatives of the Maasai who practice both fishing and livestock herding.

Day 3: Baringo Cultural Encounters & Lake Bogoria Excursion
After breakfast, take a guided walk to a Turkana village, meeting this proud nomadic people known for their intricate jewelry, hairstyles, and deep cultural traditions. Continue to Lake Bogoria, a protected Ramsar site famed for its steaming hot springs, pink flamingos, and striking landscapes. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the lake and marvel at the geysers, zebras, antelopes, and birdlife thriving in this mineral-rich environment. Return to Soi Safari Lodge in the evening.

Day 4: Lake Baringo – Masai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast, set out southward toward the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve — the kingdom of lions, elephants, and the Great Migration. Arrive at Heritage Eco Camp in time for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk with a Maasai warrior to learn about medicinal plants, tracking techniques, and ancestral traditions.
Overnight: Talek Bush Camp.

Day 5: Full Day Safari in the Masai Mara
Rise early for a full day of adventure across the open plains of the Masai Mara, home to Africa’s Big Five. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration — a breathtaking movement of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles across the Mara River, where crocodiles and hippos await. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the reserve and continue exploring until late afternoon. Return to camp for dinner and overnight under the starlit African sky.

Day 6: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Departure
After an early morning breakfast, enjoy a final before bidding farewell to the savannah. Drive back to Nairobi through the scenic Rift Valley landscapes. Lunch en route or upon arrival in the city. End your safari with a special dinner at the famous Carnivore Restaurant — renowned for its authentic African barbecue and vibrant atmosphere (vegetarian options available). Transfer to the airport for your onward flight home. Safari Njema!
